58th Floor AI pricing questions
Can I pay $4.99 for just the video I previewed?
Yes. After a successful free preview, use Unlock this video to buy one roughly 14-second, 480p full video for $4.99 before applicable tax. It uses the same two photos, with optional original sound, and is generated after payment, so the result may differ from the preview. The purchase is tied to that preview and does not add credits. Photos must still be available. Confirmed generation failures can be retried without another payment, subject to the retry and support rules in our Refunds policy.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A new verified account receives 10 one-time free credits, enough for one roughly 4-second, silent 480p preview, subject to availability. No card is needed. Welcome credits do not refill daily or pay for full videos.
What's the difference between Standard and HD?
Both follow the same reference for a roughly 14-second, 9:16 video starring your two people. Standard is 480p and uses 50 credits. HD is 720p, looks sharper on larger screens, and uses 100 credits. Either can include the original soundtrack. AI likeness and motion can vary.
Can I use the same credits for Standard and HD?
Yes. Paid credits work for either quality. For example, the $9.99 pack contains 100 credits: enough for 1 HD video or 2 Standard videos. You choose the quality each time you generate.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry. Your unused balance stays on your account. Source photos are kept for 7 days and completed videos for 30 days, so download the videos you want to keep.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every credit pack is a one-time purchase in USD. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. Applicable tax, if any, is shown at checkout.
What if a generation fails?
A confirmed failed or timed-out generation automatically returns its credits once to the same free or paid balance. Payment refunds are separate: contact support about unused credits, duplicate charges or missing credits, preferably within 14 days. Refund requests are reviewed under our Refunds policy.
Do videos have a watermark?
We do not add a 58th Floor AI watermark to your downloads. Completed videos are MP4 files you can play, download and share from My videos.
Is the original sound included?
Full videos include the reference soundtrack by default. You can switch it off before generating at the same credit cost. The free 4-second preview is always silent. Follow the music and posting rules of the platform where you share your video.
