58th Floor AI is an independent browser-based entertainment tool developed by achelie. It is not an official TikTok product and is not endorsed by the performers or recording artists. An AI-generated video is fictional and does not establish an affiliation or endorsement.
Adult consent and photo access
You and everyone shown in an uploaded photo must be at least 18. Only upload photos you have the rights to use and each person’s permission to edit. Uploads are private and access to completed videos uses controlled links. You can contact us about unauthorised likeness use.
Retention and third-party processing
Photos expire after seven days and are scheduled for deletion from our storage. An active generation job can delay cleanup. Generated videos are retained for thirty days. The generation provider processes submitted media and may apply different retention periods; investigation or legal obligations can also affect records.
Check and label AI results
Generated videos can contain errors in likeness, hands, expressions and movement. Review the result before sharing it, label it as AI-generated fiction, and follow the sharing platform’s rules. The optional soundtrack does not grant a separate music licence.
